The key qualifications are

• Interior design degree
• ASID membership preferred
• 2-5 years of working experience
• Knowledgeable and resourceful in local market (vendor and product sourcing)
• Basic construction (read construction drawings etc.) and real estate knowledge
• Team player with a sense of project ownership
• Project management skills and experience
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and customer oriented attitude
• Familiar with software such as Chief Architect, AutoCAD, and Photoshop
• Willing to work in tight schedules on multiple projects

Responsibilities include
• Perform residential interior design projects as a part of the design-build process
• Create various sketches, drawings, and renderings
• Create FFE and spec packages
• Source vendors and products
• Site visits for install supervision
• Communicate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders

This is a full-time salaried position in Fountain Valley. Projects are throughout Orange County. Salary commensurate with experience.

Ono Hakobyan realizes/makes the color "real"/ "brings to life" the color separately. In the most recent works of the artist, although the images do get more emphasized and in some cases make attempts to "get in shape and be complete", a tendency to a "smoothing" in colors is nevertheless noticeable. It is as if the artist is densifying the hues, and all the hues involuntarily "turn blue". 

Ono Hakobyan's art works dismantle the importance – also in its verbal sense- of the art work, the existence of the author/artist and turn the internal space of the canvas into a platform of intensifying colors…
