Terms and Conditions of Laurel at Sunset, Inc. (" LAS") Designer Platform

ORDERS: GENERAL INFORMATION
Product Appearance. The actual colors, appearance, look and feel of your item can differ from the way product appears on your or designer's computer/laptop/tablet or handheld mobile device screens. LAS will not issue refunds or credits if your items appear do not meet your expectations. Confirming your order is confirmation that your product is purchased of this understanding. Product Price. All rates are listed in U.S. Dollars. The quote you receive is valid for 10 business days after which it may change without notice. Availability, Product price, delivery rates and turnaround times vary, depending on the upholstery and finish. Cancellation. A confirmed order may be cancelled within24 hours, so as long as it has not yet been accepted and processed by LAS. Please check your order carefully (including the quantities ordered) before confirming it, as the orders cannot be changed or cancelled once LAS has accepted the order. LAS will use reasonable endeavors to cancel or change the order if it has not already been shipped or gone into production, but makes no representation that it will be able to do so.
LAS reserves the right to cancel any order without limitation. In this event a full refund will be paid.

ESTIMATED TIME TO BUILD FURNITURE
Estimates are provided to you as a convenience only and are based on our past experience in the manufacture of similar products. No representation or guarantee is made that the product will in fact be available or delivered on any specific date.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded. We offer commercial, basic residential and White Glove Delivery service. All stock items generally to ship within 4-6 weeks from the manufacturer via commercial, basic freight or White Glove Service. Custom-made orders have individual turnaround times and usually take between 10 weeks to 18 months, according to manufacturers’ production schedule. Tracking information will be provided upon request. For rush deliveries additional fees will apply. Items shipped via basic freight delivery like UPS, FedEx or other trucking companies will be delivered at the door. For White Glove Delivery we will schedule day & time of delivery and you will receive a call for a 2-3 hour delivery time frame. Actual delivery times might be longer, depending on the local traffic conditions. Scheduled deliveries can be changed for an additional charge. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

RETURN/EXCHANGE
Stock Furniture, Lighting, Textiles and Art
If your received damaged merchandise, please notify us within 5 business days from the accepting your order and LAS will request an exchange or replacement from the manufacturers on your behalf. Damaged items can be exchanged/replaced or returned back for a future credit. All items will be inspected upon return.
Custom Furniture, Lighting, Textiles and Art
Once you place an order for the custom-made items you have 72 hours to change or cancel the order, after this time no cancellations, returns or exchanges will be accepted. If your received damaged merchandise, please notify us within 5 business days from accepting your order and LAS will request the manufacturer to fix the damaged part. If replacement is possible LAS will request it from the manufacturer on your behalf.

FURNITURE DIMENSIONS
You assume all risk regarding determinations of furniture size and fit. In no event shall a mistake in size or fit of furniture result in invalidation of an order or trigger a refund. You are also responsible for measurement of the doorways, hallways, stairways, etc. All the items delivered to your home are non-returnable and non-refundable except as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions or manufacturer's defects or damages sustained during shipping

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES
Products sold by LAS may be covered by manufacturers warranties. At your request and in the sole and exclusive discretion of LAS for appropriate cases, LAS will provide assistance to you in facilitating valid claims against applicable manufacturer's warranties. LAS will not be responsible for any costs, including but not limited to shipping costs, incurred by you in the processing of claims under manufacturer warranties. Questions regarding warranties should be directed to LAS staff with a copy of your original invoice, and include the applicable make, model, and serial number of the product.

SALES TAX
All California sales are subject to applicable California 's sales tax laws. All taxes, including sales and use taxes, on out-of-state transactions are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customer shall hold harmless and indemnify LAS for all such tax liability imposed by states outside California.

ORIGIN & MANUFACTURING
All products on the order are designed in the US and may be partially manufactured overseas. Each product undergoes final quality control in the U.S. facilities. The manufacturing factories located overseas are managed or controlled by the U.S. furniture brands.

AVAILABILITY, PRICES, DELIVERY RATES, AND OTHER INFORMATION ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. THERE MAY BE ERRORS IN PRICES, DESCRIPTIONS OR IMAGES OF CERTAIN MERCHANDISE AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REVISE THE INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT NOTICE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REVOKE ANY STATED OFFER, CORRECT ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR OMISSION, AND MAKE CHANGES TO PRICES, CONTENT, PROMOTION OFFERS, PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS OR SPECIFICATIONS, OR OTHER INFORMATION WITHOUT OBLIGATION TO ISSUE ANY NOTICE OF SUCH CHANGES. THE INCLUSION OF ANY PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSITE AT A PARTICULAR TIME DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PRODUCT WILL BE AVAILABLE.

LAS PROVIDES ITS WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ON AN AS-IS BASIS, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISCLAIMS AN AND ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
